Getting Ahead in a Just Gettin’ By World
We want you – your experiences, your stories, to assist us in finding solutions to community issues.
Your input is important, and in return we want to assist you in building and utilizing your assets.
Your time is valuable, therefore we are offering participants a $10 an hour stipend.

Bring Your A Game to Work!
Bring Your ‘A’ Game is an engaging curriculum for building the seven foundational workplace skills of Work Ethic.
Unlike boring online training programs, this curriculum is instructor-led, interactive, and consistently delivers lasting impact.
And completing the class looks great on your resume!
Workshop held every Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Customer Service Certification
Brought to you by NECIC, NECIC Staffing, North Central State College, and the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library,
this Customer Service Certification program is free of charge.
What you'll learn: Communication 101; Effective Listening; Professional Communication; Conflict and Conflict Resolution; Entering the Workforce; Teamwork; and, of course, a full Customer Service overview.
The program runs for one week, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day.
Program will be offered monthly, typically the second full week of the month.

The R Rules
When students create their own stories, amazing things happen. They better their chances of personal and professional success by exploring current pictures, creating future pictures, and developing resources for both. This robust curriculum of project development and management, exchanges with the community, and individual academic and career plans gets students ready for leadership in the workplace and in life.
