Seeking a self-starter that will take ownership of a Mansfield, OH manufacturer's Tooling needs. This is a temp to PERM assignment. Ideally, the candidate would have one or more of the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Tool and Die department
- An experienced Journeyman Tool and Die maker
- Minimum 3 years experience programming and operating CNC milling machines and is willing to be trained to repair and/or sharpen dies in Toolroom.
- 3-5 years minimum experience as a precision machinist using conventional mills and grinders and is willing to be trained to operate and program a tool room size CNC milling machine, along with performing repairs and sharpening Dies in Toolroom.
- Trade School, Night School Machine Trade or HS vocational machine trade education.
Salary based upon experience.
