Filling out a job application or putting your resume together can be a daunting task. Who can remember what they were doing five years ago? But taking time to get your work history in order can pay off in the long run, when you are happily in a job that perfectly suits your skill set.
When you apply for a position here at NECIC Staffing, we look at all of your history and strive to find the best fit. During the interview, we will discuss your needs, your availability, and your work history with the aim of finding you a position in which you will excel.
If you leave out jobs that you have had in the past, either because it’s not the kind of work you want to do, or maybe things didn’t go so well with that employer, it can be a hurdle to finding the right assignment for you.
Make sure to list all of your jobs, and feel free to tell us if it’s not something you are interested in doing again. If it didn’t turn out great, tell us that, as well. We’ll appreciate your honesty and integrity, and work with you to find a job that suits your needs.
